We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. A 20% deposit is required at booking, with full payment due before pickup.

You need a valid driver's license (held for minimum 2 years), government-issued ID (Aadhaar, Passport, or PAN card), and proof of address. International renters also need a valid passport and International Driving Permit.

You must be at least 21 years old to rent a vehicle. For luxury cars and high-performance bikes, the minimum age is 25 years. Some vehicles may have additional age-related restrictions.

Yes, a refundable security deposit is required. Amount varies by vehicle: bikes ₹5,000-₹15,000, cars ₹10,000-₹30,000, luxury vehicles ₹30,000-₹50,000. Deposit is returned within 3-5 business days after vehicle inspection.

Most rentals allow travel within the state. For out-of-state travel, prior approval is required and additional charges may apply. Please inform us at the time of booking if you plan to travel interstate.

Yes, standard rentals include 200 km per day. Additional kilometers are charged at ₹8-15/km depending on the vehicle. Unlimited mileage packages are available for long-distance trips at extra cost.

Contact our 24/7 roadside assistance immediately. We provide free towing and a replacement vehicle when available. Do not attempt repairs without authorization. Mechanical failures are our responsibility.

Pets are allowed only in designated pet-friendly vehicles. A cleaning fee of ₹1,000-₹2,000 may apply. Please mention pet travel at booking so we can assign an appropriate vehicle.

Yes, all rentals include basic third-party insurance. This covers damage to third-party property/person. For comprehensive coverage including own-damage protection, opt for our premium insurance at additional cost.

You are responsible for damage costs up to the security deposit amount. Excess damage is covered by insurance (if purchased). Report all accidents immediately. Unreported damage may void insurance coverage.

Renters are fully responsible for all traffic violations, parking tickets, and toll charges during the rental period. We charge an administrative fee of ₹500 per violation for processing.

Pickup and return is at our office: Shop No 19/GF, opposite Ktc Bus stand, near Chhatrapati Hotel, Madel, Madgaon, Goa 403601. We also offer door-to-door delivery/pickup within 25 km for ₹500-₹1,500 depending on distance.

Grace period is 59 minutes. Late returns of 1-3 hours are charged at 50% of daily rate. Over 3 hours incurs a full additional day charge. Please contact us if you need an extension.

Yes, but the additional driver must be registered at the time of booking and present valid documentation. Unregistered drivers returning the vehicle may face verification delays.

Vehicles are provided with a full tank and must be returned full. Failure to refuel results in refueling charges at 1.5x market rate. Keep your fuel receipt as proof.
